Mr. Alster has extensive litigation experience. He concentrates his practice on civil defense, construction, insurance coverage and commercial litigation.  He has experience litigating mass tort claims, class actions and large scale commercial litigation matters.  Over the course of his career, Mr. Alster has gained significant experience in electronic discovery and large case management. Mr. Alster has successfully handled difficult discovery issues and used his experience in some notable large scale insurance coverage matters.

Mr. Alster handles a variety of matters, including defending personal injury lawsuits.  Mr. Alster is a talented litigator with a reputation for obtaining successful results and offering creative solutions for his clients.  He also has counselled policy holders and insurers regarding many types of insurance, including commercial general liability, professional liability, directors and officers, errors and omissions, excess/umbrella, property, business interruption, professional liability, environmental/pollution liability, nanotechnology liability, additional insured liability, disability and workers’ compensation/employers liability.
