Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Maher served in the chambers of the Honorable Dennis F. Carey III, C.P.J., Civil Division, Essex County Superior Court.
Following his clerkship, Mr. Maher obtained experience in civil defense litigation, general litigation matters of all types, and trust and estate planning.
Mr. Maher is an associate and concentrates his practice at the firm in civil defense litigation. Mr. Maher is a member of the New Jersey bar Association. He is proficient in both Spanish and Italian.
