B.S. from Syracuse University,  S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications, cum laude, 2008. J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, 2011. Admitted to the New York and New Jersey bars, 2011.

Brooke Wenocur brings diverse experience to the firm.   Prior to joining the firm, she served as general counsel at a US based manufacturer where she worked with  many matters, including labor and employment, corporate, contracts and licensing matters.  After graduating from law school, Ms. Wenocur was an associate at a medical malpractice law firm, where she gained extensive experience in litigation.

She graduated as Student Body President from Benjamin Cardozo Law School with a concentration in intellectual property. She was an active member of the Cardozo Journal of Conflict Resolution and successfully competed in conflict resolution and negation competitions. During her time at Cardozo, she interned for the Honorable Barbra Kapnick, in the Commercial Division of the New York Supreme Court.  Ms. Wenocur also worked in CBS’ legal department and at the Miss Universe Organization, during her time at Cardozo.

Drawing upon her extensive background and expertise Brooke provides her clients with practical advisement and assures that her clients are making informed decisions. 

Brooke is the Co-Chair and participates in the Executive Committee of Cardozo Alumni Association’s Northern New Jersey Club.
