Bruce McCoy is a senior associate with twenty years of civil litigation and appellate experience defending individuals and business concerns in litigation involving automotive collisions, premises liability, professional liability, toxic torts, environmental remediation, subrogation, age discrimination and tenure.  More recently, he has litigated matters involving the admissibility of photogrammetry and Google Earth for the calculation a vehicle’s speed; the effect of Plaintiff’s immigration status on claims for diminished earning capacity; and the discoverability of a company’s financial records in breach of contract suit by former partner of the firm.

Notable past experiences also include obtaining summary judgment on behalf of private security company in matter involving kidnapping, successfully defending a private security company in a traumatic brain injury trial and obtaining the dismissal of cross-claims for contractual indemnification.
