Since graduating from law school as a member of the Law Review and then earning a Master’s in tax law from NYU School of Law, Mr. Mazlish has represented clients in diverse complex litigation matters throughout the United States. He has litigated constitutional law matters in the federal courts of appeal and even filed an amicus curiae brief in the United States Supreme Court. He has also given lectures at CLE seminars and published articles on a variety of topics. His broad litigation background gives him a unique perspective in litigating complex insurance matters for the firm.

Mr. Mazlish concentrates his practice for the firm on Construction Defect litigation and insurance coverage matters.
