He also has an extensive appellate practice and has argued many precedent-setting cases before the New Jersey Supreme Court and Appellate Division.

Not only does Elliott have a wealth of experience in litigating claims on behalf of his clients, but he also provides counseling and opinions to his insurer and corporate clients on various legal, business and regulatory issues relating to his practices areas. In addition, Elliott is often asked to speak at seminars and presentations for his diverse group of clients and the many professional organizations to which he belongs.
