Mr. DiCicco has extensive first chair trial and litigation experience. He has defended serious personal injury cases for twenty-five years in the New Jersey Superior Court.
Mr. DiCicco’s vast experience with medical issues enables him to analyze medical records and injury claims for the benefit of his clients. His clients have included medical professionals, private citizens, insurance companies, premises owners, contractors, and all types of business owners and professionals.
Mr. DiCicco has also represented executors in estate matters, business owners regarding alcoholic beverage licensing, and has successfully defended his clients in criminal and automobile matters in municipal courts throughout the State of New Jersey. His courtroom sense and skills result in the ability to clearly and persuasively advocate his client’s case.
Admitted in New Jersey, and the US District Court for the District of New Jersey. He is a proud graduate of Newark East Side High School, attended both Northeastern University and Seton Hall University (BA 1982) and Seton Hall University School of Law (JD 1986)
