Mr. Regan received his legal training working at two of New Jersey’s prominent law firms. While at those firms, Mr. Regan honed his skills by providing legal services to regional, national and international corporations. He now applies these skills in his own practice for individuals and businesses who seek the attention, professionalism, and service that one can expect from large firm attorneys. Mr. Regan has enjoyed a broad litigation practice and has litigated matters including but not limited to, personal injury, medical malpractice, breach of contract, consumer fraud, breach of warranty, and construction matters. He has handled these matters through the pleadings, depositions, expert, mediation and trial. He has litigated matters involving multi-vehicle, tractor-trailer accidents, workplace, product, and premises liability lawsuits. He has handled divorce proceedings, municipal court matters, and real estate including tax assessment appeals. He began his career as a law clerk for the Honorable Carol A. Ferentz, New Jersey Superior Court, Essex County. The Essex County Superior Court is New Jersey’s largest and busiest viscinage. He assisted Judge Ferentz at trial, ruling on motions, and formulating legal opinions covering a wide variety of legal issues.
