William has extensive first chair trial and litigation experience. He has defended serious personal injury cases for thirty years in the State and Federal Courts in New York and New Jersey. William’s vast experience with medical issues enables him to analyze medical records and injury claims for the benefit of his clients. Clients have included medical professionals, hospitals, medical device manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies, product manufacturers, insurance companies, premises owners, contractors, all types of business owners and professionals. William has also represented executors and beneficiaries in litigated estate and undue influence cases.
