Kevin Regan is an experienced litigator with a broad legal background gained from working at specialized firms in New Jersey. Kevin brings the perspective of having defended individuals, insurance companies, and major corporations in complex litigations within a variety of practice areas. With more than 25 years of litigation experience, Kevin routinely handles high-exposure cases in the fields of construction defect, catastrophic accidents, premises liability, restaurant/bar liability, construction accidents, automobile liability, passenger bus, and commercial trucking matters throughout New Jersey in both State and Federal courts. He has tried numerous cases to conclusion and has argued before the New Jersey Appellate Division and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.

He graduated on the Dean’s List from Seton Hall Law School and he is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association.
